A lovely, lazy weekend.
I had such big plans to get alot of schoolwork done this weekend, but here it is, 2:00 PM on Saturday, and I’ve accomplished absolutely nothing. I don’t even feel guilty about it!
I haven’t done much of anything so far this weekend. Mom had a family supper on Thursday night, Friday I watched TV then later Julie and Roseanne came to visit for a bit, then I watched more TV. Today, yet more TV watching. It’s been great! The only thing that bothers me is the fact I forgot my glasses in Regina, so I’ve had to wear my contacts all day. I’ll get over it.
Yet another cousin (Kassidy’s little sister) has started a blog, I’ve linked at the right, go check her out. My family will take over the world! It’s because not only are we terribly smart, but also damn good-looking!
Oh wait, I’ve just remembered I have accomplished something this weekend! Yup… many loads of laundry. Over ten in fact. I refuse to waste my money on coin-operated machines in Regina, so everytime I come visit I do laundry. Last time I was here was February break, so quite naturally I had alot of dirty laundry. Good thing I also have alot of clothes, so I never suffered by looking like a grungy homeless person at school.
Tomorrow is exactly a month until I move back to Saskatoon. The 28th is exactly a year after I moved to Regina. I thought I’d be in Regina longer, I was so scared/excited about moving. Yes, not a huge move, but I was pretty settled in Saskatoon. I’m glad I did move though, this year on my own has been a learning experience. I think that I’ve grown up alot. I needed to get away from Saskatoon for awhile too. It’s safe to say I wasn’t always making the best choices. Now moving back to Saskatoon will be like another new, fresh start. I look forward to it.
This entry would’ve been more interesting if I had, say, actually done something this weekend! I was asked to go on a “Pimp and Hoes” themed pub crawl, but I think it’s fair to say I’m too lazy. Not only could I get homework done this evening, but if I went on the pub crawl I’d probably drink way too much and as a result wouldn’t get anything done tomorrow. I’d be bad company to my family tomorrow as well, Mom and I are going to my Aunt and Uncle’s in Outlook, Sk for Easter supper.
Wow, this has been a pretty long entry for not having much to say. I’ll end it now, before I start another long, babbling paragraph about absolutely nothing.

I do feel a certain comfort knowing I am not alone in the procrastination area. Have a great weekend, and don’t work too hard!

Wow…and I thought I was getting work done by doing just ONE load of laundry.
My 21st is coming up in a week, and finally I’ll be able to (legally) pub crawl (in addition to going to 21 clubs and drinking). Since it sounds like you’ve got some experience in the drinking realm, care to make a few suggestions for my first dozen drinks?

Sorry it took me *so* long to get here. I’ve been stupid hectic, and as you know have been in Pierceland for the last few days.
So, now I’m all blogged up on your life, and just want you to know that I support you in whatever it is you do. Friends aren’t there to make decisions or judge, but offer support when needed.
So, here’s to you and your phone-companion.
Hope you had a happy easter!
Cheers.
