Name dropping.
Alyssa’s 21st birthday yesterday, happy birthday to her! Went to Lydia’s for drinks. Theresa Sokyrka of Canadian Idol fame was there. No, I didn’t act like a rabid fan and jump up and down saying “You’re Theresa!” I don’t own her CD, although I like her music and voted for her. By the way, I had no idea she was that tiny.
That’s the closest I’ve been to seeing someone semi-famous. Unless you count seeing David Suzuki in the airport when I was 16. Lucky me hey?
Does it bother anyone else that Nick Lachey and Jessica Simpson have called it quits? Or am I just a total girl? It must be that. I get depressed any time I hear of break-ups. Not just celebrity break-ups. One of the downfalls of being a hopeless romantic I suppose.
Is it really obvious I don’t have anything to write about lately? Help me out here.

Hey what’s wrong with acting like a rabid fan and jumping up and down saying “You’re Theresa!”? No I probably wouldn’t do it either but the thought would cross my mind.
Btw, the David Suzuki thing made me laugh so hard I almost peed my pants.

When I realized the girl at Lydia’s was Theresa I instantly thought of you. I remember you said you were glad you didn’t have any memories of J associated with her music. I knew exactly what you meant. It’s amazing how a song can take you back!
I quite enjoyed her CD when you played it at your house the night Kass and I came for supper. I’d ask you if I could burn it, but then I’d feel guilty because I want to give Theresa more support than just voting for her when she was on Canadian Idol! (hint hint, buy me a present! hehe)
PS-David Suzuki is one sexy beast, no?

I was/am very upset (not to the point of crying or anything) about their breakup. In fact, I’m a little disturbed by it actually.

she may be a little light headed, but he treated her like trash. Well at least thats the way he like to portray himself on their show… Sooo no, I’m actually happy, for her at least, that they broke up. Now she can move on and come marry me!

Im sorry, I may be not as up into the whole Celeb thang.
But honestly who gives a rat’s Ass?
It’s sad that they broke up sure. But I don’t think should be making front page headlines. IM sure it will, and that is what our Society has come too.
The mockery of a Marriage that 2 celebs put on. Make news. It almost sickens me to think that the news could be saying something better. But then again, Vanity is Defiantly in the ppls mind these days.
