24 and life to go.

Thanks to Facebook I have gotten an inordinate number of birthday wishes today! That’s okay, each one fills me with happiness. Twenty four years old today, how about that? Officially mid twenties. And life to go.

I had a great time this past weekend, what I call my “birthday weekend” even though my birthday wasn’t until today. I didn’t make it to the beach on Saturday because I was too busy cleaning house and shopping for that evening. Friends came over and we had a great time playing board and card games and eating a lot of food. Yesterday I made it to the beach, my slight sunburn can attest to that. I had a blast, it was a perfect beach day and end to my fun weekend.

Today will be a low key day. I just got back from dim sum with my mom, sister, and sister-in-law. Tonight the plans so far consist of a trip for icecream and maybe take the dog for a walk. Exciting for sure.

I feel content with life. I like this feeling, and hope it lasts.

    Happy belated. I haven’t been online much at all this summer, hence the reason it’s belated. Woo! I’m sure you could tell by how I’ve let my blogs completely lapse over the past couple of months.
